Pump Bear products are made-to-order (print on demand). Each item is custom-printed for you, which is why processing takes a little longer than off-the-shelf shipping.

Order Processing

All orders are produced and quality-checked within 5–7 business days after payment confirmation. Personalized items (with custom name & rank) may take an additional 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or US holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Shipping Time

After processing, standard shipping takes 8–10 business days to arrive.

Total estimated delivery: 13–17 business days from order date.

FREE Shipping on all orders over $150

Rates apply per local currency in your market (USD, CAD, GBP).

Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your package every step of the way.
